The Company was incorporated in 26 July 2007 under the COMPANIES AND ALLIED MATTER ACT 1990 and that the company is limited by Shares with Registration No. 700889, and maintains a formidable base in Port Harcourt - Rivers State, Nigeria.

CAWS INTERNATIONAL provides solutions & Services in (a) Industrial Power Generation, Transmission & Distribution. The strength of our company lies in the depth and breadth of our experience coupled with the experience of CAWS staff. As an Indigenous company, we have been providing sales and services to all sectors of the economy and have gained significant experience within the African continent.
